Even if we take extreme care in the quality of the packaging and our delivery provider is one of the recognized transport providers in its field, it may happen that an artwork is damaged during delivery to the place defined in your command.
If after opening the package, you notice that the artwork is damaged, you must indicate it on the delivery note and not sign this delivery note. The transport provider will leave with the package. Do not forget to close the package with the same care as the one made to its realization and to attach to your shipment the corresponding purchase invoice and the original certificate of authenticity. In parallel, you must notify us by email the nature of the damage and send us by email also supporting documents such as one or more photographs. In this case, return shipping costs will be taken care of by WE NEED ART.
Depending on the case, we will propose the restoration or replacement of the artwork if possible. If the restoration or replacement of the artwork is impossible, you will be refunded the full price paid for this work and the corresponding delivery costs as soon as possible.
From entry into force of the Law of 17 March 2014 (Article L.121-21), you have 14 days, from the date of delivery, to return the artwork to WE NEED ART if it does not suit you, whatever the reason.
If you make this decision, you will need to notify us by accessing the "Order Details" page from your account. Once on the page of your order, you will have to click on the "Send Back" button, which will allow you to select the artworks you wish to return to WE NEED ART. You can also leave a comment in the dedicated space to indicate the reason for your return.
We must return the artwork in perfect condition, and use the original packaging or similar packaging, which will ensure the integrity of the artwork on its return journey. We recommend to use the same delivery provider which is UPS. WE NEED ART will also provide you with a Return label. Do not forget to close the package with the same care used for its realization and to attach to your shipment the corresponding purchase invoice and the original certificate of authenticity.
You can also bring the artwork to our showroom, also in the original packaging and enclose the invoice and the certificate of origin. In this case, contact us at the customer's phone number so that we can set the terms of return together.
Once the artwork has been received, we will refund your order and delivery costs as soon as possible, return delivery costs are your responsibility (unless you report the artwork to our showroom).
If once the artwork is returned, we were to find out that this artwork is damaged, we will be unable to take it back and refund the original price paid.
