What if at the time of delivery, the artwork is damaged ?

We remind you that when an artwork is delivered by our transport provider, you must absolutely check the good condition of the artwork by unpacking the package. If you notice that the artwork is damaged, you must mention it on the delivery note but do not sign this delivery note. The carrier will leave with the package and return it to WE NEED ART. The signature of the delivery note by you means that the responsibility for the artwork has been transferred to you. The transport provider can no longer be held responsible.

In the event of withdrawal from our showroom, you will be able to consult the state of the artwork before taking possession of it. If you are satisfied, we will then make you sign a withdrawal form confirming the transfer of ownership.
